Photo in Kodak Salon

23/11/12 – Mictlantecuhtli, 2012

Last thursday night I attended the Kodak Salon opening night at the Centre of Contemporary Photography in Melbourne, Fitzory. There were hundreds of visitors that attended the opening night and the photographs on display were amazing! From portraits, to landscape photographs, artists had submitted some unique and artistic works, I thourgly enjoyed looking through the images displayed within the gallery space.

The announcements and the presentations were also very interesting; it was also great to see at least 22 photographer receive awards for their own work! The space was absolutely packed and it was difficult to the take a photograph of my image that I had entered into the competition, although I shall revisit the gallery and I’ll upload some more photographs.

If you are around Melbourne, I would recommend visiting the CCP Gallery and they also have upcoming events and activities if you are interested in photography. Please click on the link below for further information.
